Management, Project Management, and Delay Claims Preparation in technical
construction and manufacturing industries. He has developed and implemented CPM
scheduling and Management Information Systems for an impressive variety of
projects.
Ron Winter has led software project teams and is well versed in the utilization
and programming of most major software.
He has been active in promoting state-of-the-art programming systems to
meet specific project needs such as using Gridpad pen-based computer systems
for data collection and inspections. He has written
specialty computer programs to assist him in performing Delay Claims and
Scheduling tasks quicker, cheaper, and more accurately.
